Ioannis Alexis Georgantas (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”), independent broker contracted with Keller Williams Prestige Real Estate Agency (hereinafter referred to as the “Agency”), operates the www.ioannis.ca website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).
This page informs a User (person visiting and/or using the Website) of our policies regarding the collection, storage, use and/or disclosure of personal data when the User utilizes our service and products associated with the data.
The Service Provider uses the User’s data to provide and improve our services and products. By choosing to use our service and products, the User agrees to the collection and use of information in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. Unless stipulated otherwise in the Terms & Conditions, the terms used have the same meanings as in our Privacy Policy.Â
Information Collection and Use
Types of Data Collected
While using our Products and Service, the Service Provider may ask the User to provide us with the User’s personal information that can be used to identify and/or contact the User. Personal information may include, but is not limited to:
- First Name and Last Name
- Email address
- Phone Number
- Address, Municipality, Province, Postal Code
- Cookies and Usage Data
The Service Provider may use the User’s personal information to contact the User with newsletters, marketing and promotional material, and/or additional information that may be of interest for the User for the purpose of sale, purchase, exchange and/or lease of an immovable property located in the Province of Quebec. A User may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from the Service Provider by following the unsubscribe link or the instructions provided in any email that is sent by the Service Provider.
Usage Data
The Service Provider may collect information that the User’s browser sends whenever the User visits the Website. This Usage Data may include information such as the User’s computer’s, mobile’s, tablet’s and/or other electronic device’s Internet Protocol address (IP Address), browser type, browser version, the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.
When the User accesses the Website from a mobile device, this Usage Data may include information such as the type of mobile device the User uses, the mobile device unique identification (also known as a device’s IDFA – Identifier for Advertisers), the IP address of the User’s mobile device, the User’s  mobile operating system, the type of mobile internet browser the User uses, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.
Location Data
The Service Provider may use and store information about a User’s location if the User gives us the permission to do so. The Service Provider uses this data to provide features of our Service, to improve and customize our service and products. The User can enable or disable location services when the User uses the service and products at any time by way of the User’s device settings.

The Service Provider uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our service and products and we hold certain information.

Children’s Privacy
Our service and products do not address to minors; natural persons under the age of eighteen (“Children”).
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of eighteen. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If the Service Provider becomes aware that he or she has collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, the Service Provider takes steps to remove that information from our servers. A letter of confirmation will be sent out to validate this approach.
Changes to our Terms and Conditions
The Service Provider may update the Privacy Policy; The User will be notified of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. The Service Provider will notify its Users via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the “effective date” at the top of this Privacy Policy. The User is advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
